Construction Benefits

Cost effective: Producing frames in the factory reduces time and labour on site. Cut to length material reduces in-field cuts waste on site to near zero.

Easy to install: All frames are 89mm or 150mm @ .75 steel, fully assembled or kit form, all numbered and supplied with shop drawings for ease of erection. All parts are dimpled, notched and pre-punched screw holes to enable ease of assembly. Framing members are manufactured with pre-punched holes for running piping and electrical wiring, minimizing preparation work for other trades.

Uniform quality: Steel materials are manufactured to strict standards of strength and consistency.

Strong and lightweight: Due to the ā€œCā€ type section G350 or G550 (high tensile) steel utilized for studs and tracks the strength is second to none and taking into consideration steel framing can only weigh one-third as much as traditional products.

Easy to modify: Being that the product is steel; any last minute changes can be done on site.
